You can live with more purpose...
And have a more active, healthy and engaged lifestyle
You don't have to fall victim to the typical inactive, boring, unhealthy retirement lifestyle anymore...
You can change everything about your life right now if you just commit to the right daily practice…
Here’s the story of how my student, Dr. Lawrence Nelson (aka “Doc”), turned his life around.
Before Rewire My Retirement, he suffered from sleepless nights, a rocky marriage, and a philanthropic passion project that was in disarray. While Doc had the best of intentions and an established morning routine, leaving a meaningful legacy wasn’t panning out the way he intended.
Then, one day he stumbled upon one of my articles written about neuroplasticity as he was researching for his passion project. Shortly after that, he enrolled in Rewire My Retirement.
What happened next is so impressive…
Doc fully committed to the 5 Rings of Retirement and key daily practice taught in the 12-week course.
Not only did his goals become crystal clear, but he took immediate action and was able to incrementally and consistently achieve his ideal lifestyle in a few short months, starting with his first micro-step.
As a result, today, Doc enjoys:
- Work-life integration and lives more passionately whether on or off the job
- A revitalized relationship with his wife (they went on a 19-day second honeymoon!)
- A newly formed “moonshot team” dedicated to his passion project (improving the lives of POI patients)
- Significant progress in his philanthropic effort (providing better access to healthcare and education)
- More energy, grit and optimism
- A better mood
- Authentic friendships
- A relaxed and fun lifestyle
Most importantly, he enjoys being “who he’s meant to be.”
If you want to adopt a very specific daily regimen that will fast-track your way to a more fulfilling and meaningful “retirement life” full of purpose and memories (something that you can take with you forever and ever), then schedule a 1-on-1 Breakthrough Session to see if it’s a good fit for you.
“Rewire My Retirement, to me, was a godsend. It helped me develop a different approach to how I start my day, which is now my resolution practice. It also validated the path I was on and helped me develop a more structured, organized, and effective approach to reaching my goals.
I have completely changed my job to learning how to relax, have fun, and help other people do the same. I now practice work-life integration and my mood has improved a lot. The course gave me more grit to be optimistic and I’m developing the energy and the commitment to be who I’m meant to be, instead of who I was.”

What People say
Never ever did I think this would happen to me!
I am now enjoying more fulfilling activities than ever before. I’m learning to play the guitar, write poetry, and for the first time in years – I am in a new romantic relationship that has more promise than any other relationship I’ve been in. These tools will help you achieve anything.
The powerful tools I learned in the Rewire My Retirement program help me get through life’s challenges. You can pretty well get through everything if you use the tools. They’re now a part of my everyday life.
Before joining, I thought I knew a lot about personal development. But I wasn’t able to focus. I didn’t have a structure or plan. Now, I can see how this is going to be a huge impact on the rest of my life.
Before Rewire My Retirement, I tried retiring once and faced many challenges. I was not aware of how much being an executive director was part of my identity. I realized I needed help making the transition into retirement and found it was much more challenging than I thought it was going to be.
Through the program, I developed positive daily habits of focusing on myself, my growth, my passions, and my core values. And now my retirement is aligned with it. For the first time in my life, I’m living in the present.
If you look back and see all the things I’ve done, it’s really amazing. I loved it.
Before Rewire My Retirement, I was a person who would dream of all these things, but the action was keeping me from doing it. The program and life coaching model taught me to take action and align my life with my core values.
I wasn’t sure at first, but once I got into the program, I was really pleased with the whole experience. I’m more self-confident, calm, consistent, and a more positive person. I’ve even improved my relationship with my husband.

Before Rewire My Retirement, I needed help defining where to go from here. I also wanted to be an example for my daughter who was having a very hard time over the loss of her brother.
After completing the course, I was able to reach my goal of selling my house and relocating for a new start. The program had specific concrete steps to follow (not just generalizations) each day and it provided coaching support and accountability to Cyn. She took into account what was important to me and provided options and suggested resources on various ideas.
Through Rewire My Retirement I learned a process that I can repeat for future goals as needed.

I retired at age 71 after a busy and rewarding career as a filmmaker, professor, and author. I was casting about, feeling uncertain, and realizing that I was in unfamiliar terrain. Being retired was a new and unnerving experience. I wanted to fill my life with interesting and meaningful activities and projects that I would enjoy, but was struggling with the best way to do that.
By luck I came across Cyn Meyer’s program on how to age and retire successfully and decided to sign up. I’m very glad I did. Cyn is a gifted coach and an expert on everything to do with aging and retirement. I love her emphasis on growth, giving back, health, community, achieving goals, micro-steps, and living an engaged, active lifestyle. I highly recommend her program to any seniors who are interested in making sure their final decades are the best years of their lives, brimming with fun, engagement, love, companionship, caring, creativity, good health, and giving.

It was such a pleasure working with Cyn. I was looking to make some changes in my life and Cyn came along at the right time with the right tools I needed. I learned a lot about myself through her course and have been able to accomplish things I would never had tried before. Her one on one coaching sessions were most helpful to me. She was always there to remind me of the progress I made, even if it was baby steps. I now have the clarity I was lacking before on how to move forward as the best possible me that I can be.

I fancy myself a mentally healthy retired person with chronic illness and disabilities. Yet I know that to stay mentally healthy and live at peak physical capacity takes work – good habits aren’t easy. For that work to be worth it, I need coaching. I can’t think of everything. I’ve been delighted with Cyn’s coaching and Second Wind Movement materials. She has helped me navigate some challenges and fine-tune my spiritual center. Much appreciated.

Most people aren’t proactive like you’re being right now in seeking out useful resources for your future, and that's why:
- It’s been reported that Alzheimer’s touches 1 in 3 of us (it also chips away at your brain for 15+ years before you experience any symptoms)
- And why 1.3 million are living in nursing homes instead of aging in the comfort of their own home
- Why senior divorce, or grey divorce they call it, has doubled since the 90s because ppl are just being trained to be passive and to settle for surviving instead of thriving, in their lives, and
- And this is also why 1 in 7 boomers are treated for depression
