Who I Serve as a Retirement Life Coach
I help people aged 60+ proactively create their ideal lifestyle, before health and aging issues (things they can’t control) get in the way.
If you’re like most retirees, you were super excited about crossing that finish line…
But – after the honeymoon phase you’re now feeling uncertain, unclear and unfocused, because your life isn’t what you imagined. You find yourself thinking things like:
- Who am I now?
- I have a lot of good ideas, but I just don’t know where to start…
- I’m too old for that… why can’t I get motivated?
- I’ve procrastinated this long… what’s the point?
That, or you’re afraid to retire, because you don’t know exactly what you’re gonna do with yourself. You’ve done a great job financially planning but not so much the personal lifestyle planning. And that’s where a retirement life coach comes in.
I feel very strongly about helping you shake up your life, so you can live a robust retirement life and fill it with more purpose and passion.

Why Older Adults Need Retirement Coaching?
I grew up a musician playing violin for seniors in retirement homes. I’ve always been drawn to older adults and thought they held so much wisdom. They could tell stories for hours and I thought they had all the answers to claiming a fulfilling robust life.
While it may be true for some people, it’s certainly not true for most.
I have seen so many of our elderly in these nursing homes – bored, lonely, sad, and inactive – just waiting out the end of their lives.
Plus, both my grandparents passed with Alzheimer’s and it touches 1 in 3 of us.
Our culture pushes us to fear the aging process, which leads to sedentary, unhealthy, inactive and lonely retirement lifestyles.
As a retirement life coach, it’s my mission to help older adults proactively lead healthier, active, engaged lives because I believe this will be a preventative way to keep more of the elderly out of nursing homes, and aging comfortably in place at home.
I also believe that by igniting a movement of successful inspiring older adults, it’ll shift our culture to honor and highlight the unique gifts that everyone has to share during this important life phase of retirement… (instead of ignoring and fearing the aging process).

Why Do I Even Care?
I’ve experienced a lot of loss and death in my life and, sadly, I don’t believe the majority of those who passed had a chance to live out fulfilling lives – and this hurts me.
I saw this first in my aunt’s passing when I was 16, and ever since then, I’ve always had a deep fear of aging without a purpose – for anyone.
Also – playing music in retirement homes + a past Financial Advisor Marketing Director career allowed me to witness firsthand the aftermath of a sedentary lifestyle – both after the “retirement honeymoon period” and end of life.
There are hints of this everywhere (from societal beliefs):
My mother-in-law said to me, “I feel like when I retire it’ll be time to die.”
My dad had a near-death experience in 2011 and although he survived a brain surgery and 38 rounds of radiation, he didn’t seize his amazing “newfound appreciation for life” and immediately went back to his old habits of living a life of duty and worry.
He, too, is afraid to retire because he thinks he’ll be bored, without a purpose.
My dad’s brain tumor, coupled with my grandparents passing with Alzheimer’s, compelled me to really take a deep-dive into neuroscience, become a certified life coach in 2018, and then hand-select the most powerful combination of tools to create my program (with a system based on neuroplasticity) called Rewire My Retirement.
By sharing The Rewire Method, I’m here to fix this…

If you look back and see all the things I’ve done, it’s really amazing.
I was a person who would dream of all these things, but the action was keeping me from doing it. I wasn’t sure at first, but once I got into the program, I was really pleased with the whole experience. I’m more self-confident, calm, consistent, and a more positive person. I’ve even improved my relationship with my husband. I loved it.
